One beachfront holiday apartment to rent with a sea view and direct access to the beach Mala Raduca.
If you wish to soak your feet in the sea, all you need to do is cross the distance of approximately 20 meters, and your wish is fulfilled.
The apartment has its own balcony, offering you a view of the most beautiful sunset in Croatia.
The type of service we offer is self-catering accommodation. There is a fully equipped kitchen (4-ring gas hob, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes) in the apartment, so you’re fully independent when it comes to preparing your own meals however you like it and whenever you want it.

2-bedroom apartment, consisting also of kitchen with living room, bathroom and a big balcony, is of approximately 60 m2 in size and is perfect accommodation for a family with two children.

Free Internet Access via WiFi
WiFi is provided and is free of charge.
If you’re planning to do some business while on holiday, and you’re reliant on the internet, regretfully we cannot guarantee the quality of the signal. In that case, our advice would be to buy a USB prepaid stick. That way you’re not sharing bandwidth with anyone.
Free Parking Space
Parking space is secured and calculated in the price of rent.
Since our house’s location is in the pedestrian zone with no traffic allowed, the parking space is therefore located several minutes on foot from our site.
Private Balcony
Each apartment has its own balcony with
“Apartment 1” and “Apartment 2″ share mutual partition, which provides privacy and intimacy of your own space.
Pet Friendly Apartments
We really love animals, and nothing more makes us sadder than hearing people left their pets home alone or, even worse, forever abandoned them. Bring your pets with you on your holiday.
Before that make sure they can withstand the travel and that they’re ok with the change of environment. As much as it is stressful for us to travel, it is even worse for animals.

To get to it, you just need to cross the (non-traffic) street, and there you are.
Walking Distance to Everything
Everything is a walking distance away from our apartments.
The marketplace with fresh and mostly homegrown fruits and vegetables is just around a corner. It is open daily until the very late hours in summer. That’s also where you can buy fresh fish in the early morning hours.
A supermarket is only 50 meters away on the right; the bakery is next to it.
How To Book Your Apartment
After all the details had been discussed, and decisions had been made, as reservation confirmation, prepayment is requested:
20% of the total amount via bank transfer.
The rest is paid upon arrival.
Our Cancellation Policy
We are not a hotel or another company with strict terms. We understand that life happens and some things in life cannot be prevented or changed. We, therefore, always try to see the situation from your point of view and be compassionate about it. We will either return the deposit or reschedule your stay for some other time. But, in high season, unless we can rebook the apartment, we are forced to keep the deposit as reimbursement.
Check-in & Check-out
In summer months, check-in and check-out are on Saturday.
Check-in is anytime from 14:00, while check-out is until 10:00.
